🚨🇺🇸 Pentagon fires 3 generals in one day The Army Chief of Staff, Gen. Randy George, is retiring midterm, the chief Pentagon spokesman announced. Christopher LaNeve, who previously served as Pete Hegseth's military aide and commanded the 82nd Airborne Division, will serve as acting chief, according to a CBS report. Additionally, Training and Transformation Command Gen. David Hodne and Army Chief of Chaplains Maj. Gen. William Green Jr. were fired by the Secretary of War, according to Reuters, citing sources. Hegseth has now replaced nearly the entire Joint Chiefs; only the chiefs of the Marine Corps and the Space Force remain.

The moment Eleanor’s eyes found Marmalades - sitting perched on mid level of the cat tree - they both knew they had found what they'd been waiting for! The familiarity seemed almost predestined. Fate. On the drive home, Marmalade didn’t howl as cats often do on car rides. Instead he leaned into Eleanor's body through the soft carrier and purred that familiar song. It was like he had always belonged there - pressing his soft weight against her. Upon getting home, when Eleanor opened the carrier to allow him to explore. He wasn't interested in that like most cats would be. He instead wound his tail around Eleanor's legs and rubbed up against her, confirming that Marmalade approved of his new surroundings! Welcome home, Marmalade. This is just the beginning of a lifetime filled with soft laps, quiet mornings, and a love that will be fitting of such a regal and loyal companion.
