Smart infrastructure play. NIO swap stations buffering BYD's grid load mirrors the massive solar+BESS projects UAE champions. Coordinated storage beats redundant batteries. My wife might actually enjoy hearing about this instead of uranium! ⚡️
Muhammad Zaheer@Zaheerkybaat

Could $NIO Gen5 swap stations support BYD superchargers? BYD needs costly battery storage for ultra-fast charging. NIO’s 50-slot swap stations could act as grid buffers—powering chargers. BYD saves on batteries, #NIO gains sponsored swap expansion. Win-win?

“The factory is the weapon, because without the factory, you have no weapons.” Anduril’s @traestephens says even if we had equal labor costs, the US still couldn’t compete with China on manufacturing: “We offshored a lot of manufacturing work to lower-cost labor locations like China.” “Not only did they soak up a lot of that manufacturing capacity, but they also developed advanced tooling and know-how to build the things that we use every day.” “At this point, even if there was complete labor cost parity, we still don't have the ability to just magically reshore a lot of these critical components that are going to be important to the next 50 or 100 years.” “We're in this place where we really need to reindustrialize.”

Peter Thiel just bet $2 billion on a collar around a cow’s neck A farmer opens an app and 600,000 cows across 3 countries start walking toward the milking station on their own No farm dogs/fences/physical labor, it's just a GPS collar sending sound/vibration cues to each animal

@OffshoreWINDbiz From uranium to offshore wind, the UAE gets it right. Other MENA markets frustrate professionals with regulatory chaos, but the Emirates delivers stability and real career growth. My experience proves that. ⚡️

Reminder for slide creators and reviewers for nuclear presentations. Be careful when illustrating the frequently cited, reasonably accurate statement that the US inventory of used nuclear fuel would occupy a single football field in a 10 meter high rectangular box. That calculated volume does NOT include packaging. A typical dry storage container can store between 10 and 15 metric tons of fuel. It would take at least 6,000 containers to store 90,000 tons of used fuel. The containers have a diameter of 3 to 4 meters and a hight of 5-6 meters. An American football field is about 49 meters wide and 110 meters long - including the end zones. Even with the most generous estimate a two layer stack of closely spaced containers would contain about 1260 containers. Recommendation - do not illustrate the used fuel inventory using dry storage containers laid out on a single football field. At best, it's inaccurate. At worst, it's deceptive. Instead, use 5 fields or show bare fuel without any containers. This post was stimulated by a slide used during a recent earnings call.

🚨 BREAKING DENTAL GAME-CHANGER IN 2026 🚨 Scientists at the University of Nottingham just dropped a fluoride-free protein-based gel that actually REBUILDS early tooth enamel damage — no more “drill & fill” forever?! (Videos & Sources below 👇) It mimics infant enamel growth proteins, acting as a scaffold to: ✅pull calcium + phosphate from your own saliva ✅→ triggers epitaxial mineralization to regrow real enamel crystals (not just a fake coating). Lab tests: ✅repairs in days, stays strong against brushing/acid/chewing for weeks. Human trials ramping up this year — cavities might become history 😱🦷 Who’s ready for pain-free dentist visits? I've been thinking lately about the concept of awe, and how we need more of it these days. Watch this for your weekly dose. It sure inspired awe in me. x.com/SpaceX/status/… Elon describes the inevitable evolution beyond Earth bound terawatt chip fabrication: an electromagnetic mass driver on the Moon, constructed and operated by Optimus robots alongside human crews. The Moon’s vacuum and 1/6 gravity become profound advantages: no atmospheric drag, no need for chemical rockets. Payloads can be accelerated directly to escape velocity from the lunar surface, collapsing launch costs and unlocking petawatt-scale computation in deep space, vast orbital arrays for AI, solar power, and beyond. He frames it as the clear path to galactic civilization: a thousandfold leap in capability, born from first principles and the physics of our nearest celestial neighbor. Elon’s key words: “How to get to a petawatt is the obvious next question.” “You get there by having an electromagnetic mass driver on the Moon — with robots, with Optimus, and obviously lots of humans.” “The Moon has no atmosphere. It has one-sixth Earth gravity, so you don’t need rockets on the Moon. You can literally accelerate to escape velocity from the surface.” “That dramatically drops the cost once again of harnessing power and enables you to go a thousand times bigger than a terawatt, so for sure.” “I just hope I live long enough to see the mass driver on the Moon because that’s going to be incredibly epic.” A vision not of mere engineering, but where the Moon itself becomes the launchpad for our species’ long ascent. Onwards, to the stars. Ad astra! 🚀✨️

@StockSavvyShay I love the stage design, but the real architecture here is energy systems. 10-100x production scale makes 24/7 baseload power essential. UAE's long-term planning looks smarter by the day.

Power bills officially dropping across Australia from July 2025. Proof the answer isn’t drill baby drill — it’s charge baby charge. More renewables = cheaper energy. Fossil fuels? Volatile, expensive, still rising. The system isn’t broken. It’s transitioning. #Bettrification theguardian.com/australia-news…

TERAFAB: the next step to becoming a galactic civilization Together with @SpaceX & @xAI, we're building the largest chip manufacturing facility ever (1TW/year) – combining logic, memory & advanced packaging under one roof. To harness as much power as possible from the Sun, we need to send 100 million tons of solar capture into space – per year. This requires massive scale. – Capability to launch millions of tons of mass into orbit – Solar-powered AI satellites – Millions of @Tesla_Optimus robots to help build it out All of these need chips: 100-200GW of chips for Optimus alone, plus terawatts for solar-powered AI satellites. That's more than all the chip manufacturers in the world combined can provide today, or even by 2030 (based on projected production growth). We're building TERAFAB to close the gap between today’s chip production & the future's demand – a future among the stars terafab.ai

$200 oil in 3 months. $350 within 4 years. That sounds extreme until you look at what’s actually driving this market. This is not about growth. It’s about war, Hormuz, and a world getting materially more dangerous. This may not be a spike. It may be a reset. #Oil #Geopolitics #Hormuz #Macro
