Good news for long-term $TSLA investors who want @SpaceX IPO shares: E*TRADE says it has established a supplemental IPO share allocation process for Tesla shareholders who have held $TSLA shares in their account for at least 10 years and elect to participate in the IPO.
E*Trade: "Clients who meet this profile and are otherwise eligible to participate in the IPO in accordance with Firm and regulatory requirements and submit a COB will be eligible to receive allocations through this process, in addition to any allocations they may receive as part of the general allocation process based on overall demand and the number of shares available to the Firm.
If you elect to participate, please submit a COB through the usual process.
Please note that submitting a COB does not guarantee an allocation, and any allocation may be less than the amount requested or may not be received. This is not a solicitation or recommendation to participate in the IPO or otherwise."
E*Trade is emailing this message directly to long-term $TSLA shareholders right now.

If taxing unrealized gains is somehow “unfair” for billionaires holding stock, then why are middle class homeowners hit every year with rising property taxes based on the unrealized value of their home?
Most people haven’t sold their house. They haven’t “realized” anything. Yet the tax bill keeps going up anyway.

@NevrEnoughX Ok, reporting back. Extremely good, family loved it. Will say a bit leaner than other Tomahawks we have had, but that is a pretty minor criticism. Cooked on a cast iron skillet and finished in the oven, as simple as could be.

Crew members in LA are in dire straits due to a lack of filming in LA. Production here has dropped 60% from 2019 levels. Not just the crews and their families, but all the other business owners and workers who depend on this business: caterers, florists, dry cleaners, etc. It’s part of the reason real estate values have dropped. This is a real issue in this town.

They are letting these robots strut down the runway, showing off flashy designs while a human handler walks right beside them.
It looks completely ridiculous right now. Sure.
But this isn't about high fashion. This is a calculated psychological play designed to get you comfortable with seeing them in your everyday spaces.
They are slowly desensitizing the public, easing you into the idea of a fully automated workforce before the actual flip is switched.
We all know exactly where this road ends. They're just making the transition look pretty.
