@_392Smurf_ @EzeeFiber Well the EZ app has tools that can provide service details e.g. speed tests👆🏼👇🏼 & the Nokias were not reporting correctly!
So users perceived a degraded service! I’d pay for 1G but tools show <200mbps then, yea, you believe it’s bad!
Eeros fixes that!

When you ‘cut the cord’ & rely solely on your internet- perception & reality impact one another.
EZ is converting from Nokia to Eero at the router/extender level & this action has improved both!
