Train 12909 is cancelled by Railways. So Y I am charged for cancellation fee. It is actually railways inefficiency to provide me a seat on a different train. This is sheer loot by the railways & IRCTC. PLS refund my cancellation fee. @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial
