@ScotRail @TPExpressTrains my train was cancelled yesterday and yet I can't get a refund as it was an Advanced single. What kind of crooks are you! We ended up paying for a bus, so in the end cost us £12 each to get home.

@FirthandTide I do have children and appreciate it can be stressful, the staff at the station will do what they can to assist, we would always recommend speaking to the station staff at least 10 minutes before departure so that they can find someone available to assist. ^Charlene

@LNER My buggy will not fit. I know from experience. I also know from experience that the staff will not help. They are not around in the few minutes I have to get on the train. Generally I have to rely on the other kind passengers. I take it you don't have children Charlene.
