The foundation. 🟡 Eggs: Choline, biotin, vitamin A. Essential for brain and liver function. 🐟 Fish (especially oily fish like sardines, mackerel): EPA/DHA omega-3, selenium, iodine. Brain food. 🥓 Pork: Thiamine (B1), which beef is lower in. Occasional inclusion fills this gap. Each animal provides slightly different nutrient profiles. Variety ensures you're covering everything. Beef only forever: You'll probably be fine. But you might run low on choline, thiamine, or omega-3 over years. Beef + eggs + sardines: You're golden. Every nutrient covered. Adding pork occasionally: Thiamine boost. Useful. You don't need 25 different vegetables for complete nutrition. You need 4-5 different animal products rotated regularly. That's eating the rainbow. Properly.
