UPDATE: Dec. 31 at 5:52 p.m. Regular water services have now been fully restored within the terminal and across the airport campus. Our concessionaire partners have been advised and are working to staff and reopen their locations in alignment with regular business hours. Thanks!

Update: Dec. 31 at 10:45 am There is no change to report at this time. The root cause of the water pressure issue continues to be investigated. Restaurants remain temporarily closed, with Nicholby’s open. Restrooms are operating as normal and air service continues as scheduled.

Restrooms remain available for passenger use. Nicholby’s remains open and available to serve passengers. Our teams remain focused on resolving the situation as quickly and safely as possible. Air service continues to operate as normal. We thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Dec. 30 at 8:40 pm Our team has secured a water truck on site to support terminal operations while further assessment continues. YMM continues to actively manage the water pressure issue within the terminal. To conserve water, restaurant services are temporarily closed.

PASSENGER ADVISORY, Dec 30, 5:10 p.m: YMM is experiencing reduced water pressure in the terminal. Our Facilities team is actively working to resolve the issue. Food and beverage services and some restroom facilities are temporarily unavailable. Air service is operating as normal.

Heads up, travellers! Paving repairs are underway on Snowbird Way today. You may experience minor delays. All parking lots, entrances, and exits at YMM remain fully open - and it’s business as usual inside the terminal. Repairs are expected to be completed tonight. Thanks!

Update 9:33AM: RMWB's Underground Services is actively investigating the location of the leak between McKenzie Pump Station and Saprae Creek in order to repair the issue. The terminal remains closed. The runway is open for non-commercial flights. Update at 12:00PM.

We regret to inform, that due to a water main break, the airport terminal must close at 7:30 a.m. until it is repaired. Please do not come to the airport at this time. Check with your airline directly for updates to scheduled morning flights. An update will be issued at noon.
