Pray with me March 23, 2026 Father in Heaven, We come before You in awe, not with casual words but with trembling gratitude, because we stand on the greatest moment in human history. We remember that dark Friday, when Your Son, Jesus Christ, was betrayed, beaten, mocked, and nailed to a Roman cross. We remember the weight of our sin pressing down on Him, the spotless Lamb carrying what we could never carry. “It is finished,” and in that moment, the earth shook, the veil tore, and the price was paid in full. We see His lifeless body taken down, wrapped in linen, anointed for burial, laid in a borrowed tomb. A stone rolled into place. Silence. Stillness. The hopes of men buried with Him. It looked like defeat. It felt like the end. Darkness covered the land, and even His followers scattered, afraid and confused. But You were NOT finished. On the third day, before the sun fully rose, heaven broke into earth. The ground shook again, not in judgment but in victory. An angel descended, the stone rolled away, not to let Jesus out but to let us see that He was already gone. The tomb was empty. Death had been defeated. The grave had lost its grip. Jesus, You rose. Not as a ghost, not as a memory, but in power, in flesh, in glory. You stepped out of that grave as the King of Kings, the Firstborn from the dead, the One who holds the keys to death and hell. You walked among Your people, scars in Your hands, victory in Your voice. You called their names. You restored their hope. You proved that what You promised is true. And because You live, we live. So Father, awaken something in us. Let this not be a story we admire but a reality we stand on. Crush our fear of death. Break our attachment to this temporary world. Remind us that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in us. Teach us to walk like resurrected people. Not bound by sin, not enslaved to shame, not paralyzed by fear, but alive, bold, and set apart. Let us carry the reality of the empty tomb into every room we walk into. Let hope rise in us where despair once lived. Let courage rise where compromise once ruled. Jesus, You conquered the grave, so we will not bow to it. You defeated death, so we will not fear it. You rose in victory, so we will walk in it. We praise You for the cross, but today we stand in awe of the empty tomb. You are alive. You are reigning. You are coming again. You are the high priest who sympathizes with our weakness, yet You are without sin (Hebrews 4:15). Thank You that by Your blood You opened a new and living way into the presence of the Father (Hebrews 10:19-20). You did not merely plead our case, You became our sacrifice. At the cross You bore our guilt, and through Your resurrection You secured our life. Now You sit at the right hand of the Father, always living to intercede for us (Hebrews 7:25). Jesus, we praise You as our advocate. When we stumble, You speak for us. When we are weak, You strengthen us. When accusations rise against us, Your finished work silences every charge. Because of You we are welcomed, forgiven, and called sons and daughters of the living God. Father, we thank You for giving us such a Savior. We rest in the confidence that our standing with You does not depend on our performance but on the perfect righteousness of Christ. Through Him we draw near. Through Him we are heard. Through Him we are made new. Lord Jesus, receive our worship today. Be glorified as our mediator, our high priest, our advocate, and our King. Keep our hearts anchored in Your finished work and teach us to live in the peace that flows from Your intercession. We come to You, Father, through the name above every name, Jesus Christ our Lord. You alone sustain the earth and quiet the tumult of the seas. In this hour, we lift up the leaders of our nation, those who bear the burden of making decisions that affect the lives of millions. Grant them wisdom that surpasses human understanding, clarity that comes from Your Spirit, and a heart inclined toward peace that honors truth and justice. Protect those serving in harm’s way, their families at home, and all Americans whose lives may be touched by the unfolding conflict. Shield them with Your hedge of peace, guard them from sudden dangers, and cover them with Your faithfulness. May Your presence be their refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. Father, we also pray for the people of the Middle East…for the innocent caught between the ambitions of rulers and the destructive force of war. Bring comfort to those who have lost loved ones, shelter to the fearful, and justice where there has been suffering. Soften hearts that lean toward vengeance and conflict; draw them toward reconciliation and peace rooted in righteousness. We ask that You would restrain what would escalate further, replace pride with humility, and turn the hearts of leaders to pursue paths that lead to lasting peace. Let not the evil intentions of a few plunge many into greater suffering. Above all, Lord, let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Strengthen America to be a nation that seeks wisdom from You, that honors righteousness, and that walks humbly with its God. When I wonder what God is like, help me look at You. In Your mercy, Your authority, Your compassion, and Your power, I see the Father’s heart. Let my life reflect even a faint echo of that glory. You uphold all things by the word of Your power. Uphold me today. Sustain my faith when it feels weak. Carry my burdens when they feel heavy. Remind me that the same voice that spoke galaxies into existence speaks peace over my soul. Thank You that You made purification for my sins and sat down at the right hand of Majesty on high. My salvation is not fragile because it rests on Your finished work. You are enthroned. You are superior to every angel, every power, every name that can be named. Nothing rivals You. Unfortunately, our agricultural system depends heavily on these chemicals. The U.S. represents 4% of the world’s population, yet we use roughly 25% of its pesticides. If these inputs disappeared overnight, crop yields would fall, food prices would surge, and America would experience a massive loss of farms even beyond what we are witnessing today. The consequences would be disastrous. I support President Trump’s Executive Order to bring agricultural chemical production back to the United States and end our near-total reliance on adversarial nations. His EO protects two pillars of national strength: our defense readiness and our food supply. When hostile actors control critical inputs, they directly threaten the security of the American people. The Trump administration will secure these supply chains to eliminate that vulnerability. President Trump did not build our current system — he inherited it. For decades, Washington designed modern agriculture. Policymakers wrote farm policy, directed research dollars, structured subsidies and crop insurance, and shaped commodity markets to reward monocultures and maximum yield. Those deliberate choices locked farmers into chemical dependence and prioritized short-term output over long-term soil vitality and human health. We are now changing course — without destabilizing the food supply. Alongside @USDA @SecRollins, we are accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture by expanding farming systems that rebuild soil, increase biodiversity, improve water retention, and reduce reliance on synthetic chemicals, including pre-harvest desiccation. We are also driving the rapid adoption of next-generation technologies, including laser-guided weed control, electrothermal and electrical systems, robotics, precision mechanical cultivation, and biological controls that replace blanket spraying with precision intervention. These solutions are not theoretical. Farmers are already putting them to work. Markets are scaling them. Now the federal government will act with urgency to expand their reach and accelerate adoption nationwide. I have met with hundreds of farmers and agricultural leaders across the country. They understand the pressures firsthand. Chemical inputs cut into margins. Chemical-resistant pests are spreading. Soil health is declining. Foreign markets are shutting out American produce. Farmers want workable alternatives, and they want policies that support transition without threatening their livelihoods. At HHS, I am leading a coordinated effort grounded in gold standard science. I am working with Secretary Rollins and @EPALeeZeldin to expedite a better future where a thriving agricultural system is less dependent on harmful chemicals. We are sharing data, coordinating strategy, and supporting farmers through a practical transition. When you see Him for who He is, when the Spirit opens your eyes to His worth, you do not follow Him out of obligation. You follow Him because nothing else compares. To know Him is eternal life. To have Him is to have everything. Why Jesus? Because one day you will stand before God. And in that moment, the only thing that will matter is this, are you in Christ? Not how impressive you were. Not how moral you appeared. Not how spiritual you felt. But whether His righteousness covers you. The stunning invitation of the gospel is this…it can. Right now! Why Jesus? Because He is the only One who can save you. Because He is the only One who can satisfy you. Because He is the only One who can secure you forever. And because your heart will never rest until it rests in Him.

Thank You that on the cross You bore our lawlessness. You took the judgment we deserved. You were treated as the outsider so that we could be brought near. You were forsaken so that we could be received. You are holy, and yet You welcome sinners. You are Judge, and yet You are Savior. You are Lord, and yet You wash feet. We worship You as the only safe foundation for that coming day. When history closes and eternity opens, our confidence will not be in what we have done in Your name. Our confidence will be in what You have done in us. Be exalted, Jesus, as the true Prophet, the true Shepherd, the true King. You are the One who knows, the One who saves, the One who keeps. We want You, not just Your name. We want Your presence, not just Your power. We want to be known by You. Amen
