web3 jobs hack most people sleep on: early project/ start-up edition here’s how you get in find the team with the little info you have - search the project name on linkedin check for mentions on x - look at the founder/project bio for a website link usually leads to discord and everything else different approaches 👇 1) check who’s active on the team if they’re posting, engage genuinely then slide in the dms or make an early post tagging someone on the team get a follow back and discuss your interest in dms 2) join the discord and open a ticket asap 50% chance you get hired just for being early 3) offer value without being asked show up, contribute, be consistent the team will notice, takes time but it works 4) build a relationship on the tl first if team members are active, connect before you pitch 5) find a mutual who knows anyone on the team ask for a referral this alone closes 95% of the time you don’t need to be the most qualified you need to be the most present has any of this worked for you? if no… try one step this week and let me know if it works ;)
