The govt has basically repeated what they did with Finance Bill of 2024. Load it with contraversial clauses then remove a few to appease naive Kenyans. They increased fuel by 40 shillings then reduce by 10 after noise. It’s still costs 30 shillings more. #RejectFuelPrices

Then when the heat became too much, they played PR, and they reduced the price of fuel by Kshs. 11, and the new price is now Kshs. 196 bob! FACT: William Ruto hiked the price of fuel from Kshs. 167 to Kshs. 196! The price of diesel is still up by Kshs. 29 Bob, and then William Ruto and his affordable, gullible supporters want Kenyans to celebrate! We are too BRILLIANT to consume state-sponsored crap!

I have been speaking about this fuel matter since 28th February, and whatever is happening is not an emergency to Kenya; Kenya knew we would be in this kind of situation from 28th February. By the time EPRA sent, they were still consulting late into the night, and the government had not made up its mind on what would be the pump prices in Kenya.
