Friendly reminder that a treadmill is a valid way to train, but treadmill miles don’t equal road miles. Throw treadmill pace & distance out the window, it’s misleading data. Heart rate & duration count, but on a treadmill your economy will be much better. How you can perform on the road matters, because that’s where your race is, in the elements, not on a mechanical belt in a controlled environment.

Loved 24, Reacher, Bulletproof, James Bond movies, Still game, Brooklyn 99, The Office. Documentaries too, especially current affairs. Too much horrors in the news, so looking for something without too much misery! And no chick flicks 😂 Any good recommendations gratefully received 😁
