My feeling on Ausar has always been that he makes way more sense in lineups where he's the only non-shooter, and Detroit could never really do that for him. Utah could. I don't think he'll ever be a huge offensive positive, but I think he can be good enough.

Ausar is the kind of player that you really like when you watch him from a distance he's playing for another team. But when he's on your team, and you watch him every game, the missed free throws, non-existent jump shot, and high turnover frequency is MUCH harder to overlook.

This could be the lowest value of Ron Holland fr kinda like Carter Bryant. There’s pathways to them playing more but it’s hard bc ur on a playoff team aspiring for a chip. Harper is the exception

Next new feature is calculating a functional frame. So you can see how tall, heavy or rangy a prospect is playing. I checked which factors give the most reliable estimate of those anthros and then checked what the model gave back based on those inputs with an off def split.

As far as starting lineups go it’s about the same as last year’s defensively while improving exponentially on offense.
