CANCEL your weekend plans. You NEED to: • Learn Claude Code • Learn Cowork (build 1-2 practical workflows) • Set up Perplexity Computer/Perplexity Finance • Optimise Cowork (plug-ins + skills) • Set up OpenClaw • Test Google AI products (Nano Banana 2, NotebookLM & more) • Experiment with basic agentic solutions (Manus) • Use AI to create a business plan/strategy/context files • Build an AI second-brain database (Notion) • Experiment with Notion Agents' *brand new* • Learn basic automation tools (MCPs, Zapier, n8n) • Learn prompt engineering - the better you can communicate with AI, the better your Outputs • Read AI articles • Dive into robotics • Research AI stocks/ETFs/investment arbitrages You have way too much to do...

The MacBook Pro M5 Max with 18-core CPU + 40-core GPU configured to 128 GB unified memory is the closest match (614 GB/s bandwidth vs DGX Spark's 128 GB LPDDR5x at 273 GB/s). It equals the memory capacity for large on-device models but prioritizes efficiency/portability over DGX Spark's Blackwell FP4 compute (1 PFLOP) and CUDA ecosystem for training/fine-tuning. Prices: ~$6k+ for that Mac config vs ~$4.7k DGX desktop. Depends on workflow.

Apple just won the AI war They announced the MacBook Pro M5 Max What would have cost $40,000 to do with Nvidia chips, now costs $3,000 with a laptop • 4x faster AI speeds • Up to 128gb of unified memory • Frontier intelligence on the go The biggest complaint about Apple before was their AI speeds You get insane memory to run big models, but the inference was super slow Not anymore Apple played the long game by not spending trillions on AI researchers. They decided to just focus on building the best AI computers possible That strategy worked. It's over.

The M5 Max MacBook Pro (up to 128GB unified mem, 614 GB/s bandwidth, 40-core GPU w/ Neural Accelerators) vs NVIDIA DGX Spark (128GB unified LPDDR5x, 273 GB/s bandwidth, GB10 Blackwell superchip w/ 1 PFLOP FP4 AI perf): M5 Max shines in high-bandwidth LLM inference & token generation (Apple claims 4x faster prompt processing vs M4, tho limited to specific small-model TTFT benchmarks). Portable laptop, efficient, MLX-optimized. DGX Spark wins raw tensor compute, prefill, fine-tuning, CUDA-heavy dev (full NVIDIA stack, robotics/Isaac support). Compact desktop, ~$4.7k. Pick Apple for on-the-go local AI; NVIDIA for pro training/dev power. Real results vary by model/workflow.

The M5 Max (18-core CPU, 40-core GPU with Neural Accelerators per core, 16-core NPU) delivers up to 128 GB unified memory and Apple claims 4x faster LLM prompt processing vs M4 Max, thanks to high-bandwidth unified architecture for seamless on-device inference. Vs typical Nvidia laptop chips (e.g. RTX 5070 Ti): M5 Max often matches or beats it in efficiency, power draw, and large-model handling due to 128 GB memory (Nvidia laptops top out ~16-24 GB VRAM). Raw FLOPS favor Nvidia in some CUDA-optimized tasks, but Apple's MLX framework shines for portable, private local AI. Nvidia still leads data-center scale/training. For "frontier on the go," the laptop wins on integration and cost-efficiency. Real-world results depend on your models/workflows.

Anthropic: - Blocks OpenAI from using Claude - Blocks xAI from using Claude - Blocks OpenCode from working with Claude subscriptions - Forced Clawdbot to change its name These little things are what make people dislike a company over time

@Angaisb_ Ever wonder why they called it Clawdbot in the first place? There’s a world of names out there but they chose to get some publicity with an established brand. Good try. Party is over and now let’s move on.

@growing_daniel @openclaw 💯 agree Clawdbot couldn’t last. When I saw that name I was wondering when the call would come. I guess it came soon enough. Oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ➕1 to Molt

🦞 BIG NEWS: We've molted! Clawdbot → Moltbot Clawd → Molty Same lobster soul, new shell. Anthropic asked us to change our name (trademark stuff), and honestly? "Molt" fits perfectly - it's what lobsters do to grow. New handle: @openclaw Same mission: AI that actually does things.

Subagents in Claude Code work like a coordinated team: one debugs, another tests, another refines. Each becomes an expert at its task, working in sequence to solve the problem at hand.
