@janninereid1 No, you are a us citizen. If you are under 18 and your mom is being deported, you should either go with her or stay with family friends. If that is your family's choice, foster care is not recommended. But your mom exploited a loop hole for you her actions have consequences.

It hurts short term, but with promotions and raises really helps long-term. If her paycheck does not cover daycare then you should think about stay at home. Do the math.
