Fair play means bettors must have equal access to live markets. When that access disappears because of a FanDuel outage, that’s not bad luck, that’s unfair betting. I’m in Ohio, where sportsbook operations are state regulated, and I’m posting this not out of anger but out of principle. FanDuel should acknowledge the failure, take accountability, and compensate those affected instead of hiding behind disclaimers. And to be clear, this is a factual, good faith statement based on user experience, not defamation. Any attempt to silence or penalize users for sharing legitimate experiences would only prove the criticism right. People deserve fairness and transparency when real money is involved. If you were affected, speak up. They owe us better.
