Complete nonsense as per usual. Smoking causes > 80% of all lung cancer deaths, and even <10 cigarettes a day gives you a 17x higher lung cancer hazard ratio. Not getting cancer doesn't mean your heart, blood vessels, and lungs aren't being systematically destroyed. Olive oil does not protect against cigarettes, completely made up bs. The nicotine prevents viruses one has been briefly hypothesized early in COVID, but was never confirmed, just stuck with smokers for obvious reasons. Long-term smoking is associated with cognitive decline through vascular damage, not enhancement. Never get health advise from Joe Rogan.
