This is Institutional Ethics Committee Certificate issued to a PhD candidate from SGT University for research study without any date and other details. Is this for PhD study or LKG study? In the latest DME recruitment of Andhra Pradesh (No. 02/ 2023) it is found that some candidates might be Fake PhD holders. These candidates need to voluntarily step down from getting into government service. These candidates who lack honesty and integrity don't just take away the rightful opportunities of the eligible candidates with legitimate qualifications but also are a serious threat to the Medical Education and to the Nation.
