Hey @united - you cancelled my flight on Tuesday…then when I had to rebook my flight on a different @united flight at my own expense, just to make an important meeting…you proceeded to cancel my flight home??? Now I’ve been on hold for over an hour - can I get help??

I have seen a lot of difficult things in over a decade of work with the justice system. But this is one of the most difficult. I have had the privilege of working with many people who were touched by the work, spirit, and energy of Raheem - he made the world a better place.

Yesterday, at 6:16 PM, Missouri killed an innocent man. Above all else, Leonard "Raheem" Taylor was a man of faith whose spirit could not be destroyed by the cruel, unjust system that put him to death. Our hearts are with Raheem's family as they mourn this devastating loss.

People look at teaching coding as an end in itself, but as I tell folks often, coding is nothing but a toolkit for solving problems. Technology is not a silver bullet. The real work is empowering people with tools to solve the problems they are already equipped to solved.
