@ProfMIsmail Yes Arab landlords in Palestine during ottoman era sold lands to Jews escaping persecution from Europe in 19-20 century, but those Jews did displace indeginous Arabs Palestinian, that is why Israel is modern form of imperialism and colonialism
English

@HarisawanAI Please read the history. Arab are responsible for all the mess.

@UmarCheema1 Deaths in protest across Iran are propaganda by west as they helped orchestrate it. US and allies always use democracy,hr for their propaganda which is always lie about them , they are warmongers

Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper, published a profile of Ali Larijani four days ago. While you may not agree with every perspective presented, the piece offers informative insights into one of Iran's most influential and complex political figures.
Summary of the article
Who Is Ali Larijani?
Ali Larijani, 67, is currently Iran's most powerful man — not its supreme leader, but the figure wielding ultimate authority over national security and foreign policy. He comes from Iran's most elite political dynasty, often compared to the Kennedys, with brothers who have led the judiciary, foreign affairs, and academia. He holds a doctorate in the philosophy of mathematics, specializing in Kant, and has authored six philosophy books.
A Four-Decade Rise to Power
Larijani has held virtually every major position in the Islamic Republic: Revolutionary Guards officer during the Iran-Iraq War, rising to brigadier general
Culture Minister (1992–94), tightening censorship and even attempting to alter classical Persian literature
Head of state broadcasting (1994–2005), massively expanding Iran's propaganda machine and pioneering disinformation, including fabricated videos against political opponents
Chief nuclear negotiator and Khamenei's personal envoy to Moscow, Beijing, Damascus, and Beirut
Speaker of Parliament for three consecutive terms (2008–2020)
Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council — his current role
The 2026 Crackdown
When mass unrest erupted in Iran in January 2026, Khamenei bypassed the president and turned directly to Larijani to suppress it. The crackdown killed an estimated 7,000–36,500 civilians, earning him personal U.S. sanctions. After Khamenei was assassinated in Israeli-U.S. strikes, Larijani emerged as the de facto ruler, guiding Iran's newly appointed supreme leader through the crisis.
The Philosopher-Tyrant Paradox
The article's central theme is Larijani's striking contradiction: he is a genuinely serious intellectual who uses Western philosophy — Kant, Popper — to argue for Islamic theocracy, yet simultaneously oversaw mass killings. He writes thoughtfully about freedom of expression and democracy, but always with a crucial caveat: the Islamic Republic's clerical framework takes ultimate precedence, and he decides what is spiritually elevating versus socially degrading.

@ProfMIsmail People see china from lens of how US behave like fighting for allies but china policy is different, reality is all western experts are always wrong about how china works,Ww2 made USA powerful, otherwise USA is at wars everytime, they always lie about human rights and democracy
English

@ProfMIsmail Multipolar world is crucial to maintain balance of unchecked power by USA, they sanctions and invade countries on the base of HR, democracy which is always lie,it is their interest always, they are at war since inception and stealing resources,USA built on genocide of native
English

@TahirImran But my understanding is that never trust western media like BBC, economist, NYTimes etc see their propaganda against China, for many years they predicted Chinese economy collapse due to debt but it never happened so same may be true about their reporting against dubai
English

@MubashirAZaidi @tariqmushtaq65 Palestinian hate Israel because of historic displacement and ethnic cleansing from their ancestral land by European Jews. Like Osama did to avenge USA for wars just think in revenge someone can do that kind of event for illegal killing of khameni. USA simply wants Iran Gas,oil
English

@tariqmushtaq65 I visited Israel a year ago and met their thinkers, professors, and parliamentarians. After the 7th Oct attacks, they think that an independent Palestinian state will be hostile and there will be more attacks like that.

@UmarCheema1 China can do repairs work because it just also creates business opportunity for china to make money and also china evades usa sanctions like they continue buying Russian and Iranian oils in local currency yuan despite sanctions

There are reports of airstrikes on electricity infrastructure in Tehran tonight and this looks like a hit on a grid substation.

@TahirImran Why they don't go through Tibet and then Tajikistan ? Has china banned India too?
English

@UmarCheema1 O idiot, Shah was imposed by US, Britain so Islamic revolution became successful because of massive anti American sentiments combined with Shia hardcore loyality. Iran is energy powerhouse unique in gas and oil, It defied US hegemony like Saddam ,Gaddafi did to avoid petrodollar
English

khurramzaidi@zaidi4280

@aitzaz_mayo China will not intervene in foreign conflict until it absorb Taiwan and may take more than a decade. Until then US will keep destroying unchecked so Russia is also stuck in Ukraine war
English

@aitzaz_mayo They have chosen to focus on building economy and gradually build influence. US has immense control over financial system and also global military bases plus established allies in regions. China would first invade Taiwan which is it's main military priority might be
English

@ProfMIsmail Of course pak estab imposed them and project was initiated with us funding during cold warz Taliban can be lethal in guerilla warfare given their experience and afg terrain but they can't fight conventional war,no air force, meagre economy compare to Pak
English

@ProfMIsmail No, it is persecution by establishment. I have differences with IK policy but he is incarcerated due to his heavy stance against powerful quarters
English

@voice_minority So disgusting. Why this is happening in sindh as generally sindh historically much more tolerant and shows harmony depicted in it's Sufi tradition. This has to do with Deoband barelvis competition
English

A #Hindu girl, Guddi Kolhi, was just a child — 12, maybe 13 — full of dreams she’ll never get to live. 💔
In Mithi, Tharparkar, she has been forcibly converted and married off.
The papers from the so‑called conversion center linked to Pir Ayub Jan Sarhandi claim she’s 19.
How many more Guddies must be sacrificed before the world truly sees their pain?
#StopConvertingMinorities
English

@ProfMIsmail Regardless of how much State do, it can't control such incidents until educate people, reform Madariss, Acknowledge Zia blunder and also Deoband clergy should be crackdown especially in KP , Karachi, also 2014 NAP was quite effective but State actors do not want NAP
English

@ProfMIsmail Achakzai historic anti estab speeches made me thought that he is very brave but i think he proved that he is opportunist and he would be ready to serve estab etc. if offered any value, he likes many others turn anti estab when need attention
English

@ProfMIsmail Yes ,indeed, one of her sister is very well qualified medical doctor, she did mbbs from reknowned king Edward university, then studied and practiced in USA for many years, I think she worked at Johns Hopkins in USA
English

@ProfMIsmail PTM activism isgenuine but any movement involves foreigners then it gives states excuse to act on them, also it becomes dubious, tested method is non-violent resistance, naturally states everywhere crush resistance in context of national security. Like India did to sikhs in 1980
