All the messages today have been overwhelming. I'm so deeply appreciative of everyone who helped make this dream of mine a reality. The @HeatCheckCBB crew not only produced tremendous work but they've also become some of my closest friends. I'm so grateful for all of it.

Our staff has grown in many ways over the years, and it has become clear that it is time for us to pursue different goals for this season and beyond. We can't thank you enough for your support, as none of this would be possible without our loyal readers and viewers. BREAKING: Bruce Pearl is expected to retire as the head coach at Auburn, sources tell me and @PeteThamel. His son, Steven, is expected to be the head coach for the upcoming season.

The New York Knicks are expected to hire Saint Joseph’s head coach Billy Lange for a role on the coaching staff, sources tell me, @jeffborzello and @TimBontemps. He was set to enter his seventh season at St. Joe's.
