The main inspiration behind @HelloKnac. Companies will always miss the best talent when the applicant pools are too large to manage, recruiters don’t have an unbiased way of assessing people, and pattern matching is the fastest ways to fill roles. The process is broken.

A co or recruiter CAN set up an ATS to "knockout" #JobSeekers w/screening q's & when the app pool is large enough CAN completely miss you depending on keywords & search. If #recruiters say it doesn't happen maybe it just doesn't happen at their co. But it IS an industry reality.
