Need to rethink using Minted @HelloMinted for Christmas cards next year. They shorted us custom envelopes then sent 10 but all were defective. Not good!

Hey @HelloMinted thanks for sending me messed up holiday cards after paying extra for expedited shipping and then making me wait on hold for 5 hours today only to have your customer service rep cut out and not call me back. Maybe you should hire more people.

@HelloMinted why on earth would you use @FedEx ? First year using your program for Christmas cards and I can’t tell you how excited I was for the address scan. Now the cards will never arrive what a buzz kill.

Simply enraged that I ordered holiday cards from @hellominted and they just haven’t arrived. Zero customer service - they just don’t care. Do not trust their delivery dates and ideally find a better provider.
