@British_Airways flight delayed over 5.5 hours from Paphos with no explanation in wet leased, uncomfortable, old DAT plane on 9/10 sept. Still waiting for compensation for delay and hotel expenses. Not the service I’ve come to rely on from BA.

When you excitedly fly @British_Airways First and the food is … bad. Really bad. Come on, no one serious is ok with the dry flavourless terrine you just served me. Bread couldn’t be split it was so hard. Regret every time I fly BA, my fault for trying again.
