Heads up to frequent travelers, avoid routes where @AlaskaAir is the carrier if you book through a partner. They will downgrade your boarding post check in, they will take your money for a seat upgrade and they will not honor it. “System says no”. Disappointing.

Hey @AmericanAir tried 4x to upgrade my flight with the “available upgrade”, each time payment taken then it errors. Gate agent equally baffled. I get it though, you really want me to get the message and spend my money with @united

Oh dear @British_Airways - just when I’m forgetting one bad experience, you pop up with another shocker. Demanding another $1000 a couple of hours before a flight is a new one. And a new low. This whole family is done with BA after the last two days. Suggestions?

@British_Airways Shouldn’t have happened. Shouldn’t have to fight the best part of the day to get BA to do the right thing. Tiresome, unnecessary. If you could do it after multiple hours of discussion, you could have done it right first time.

@British_Airways Very “not right” indeed. Flight changed yesterday due to weather disrupting travel, flight changed, rebooking fee charged. Today, couldn’t check in, called, told “actually pay $1000 for us to reissue”. Enough details to know how wrong a way to treat customers this is?

@AbbiPulling @British_Airways The worst BA experience I’ve had was in Paris. The second worst in Toulouse. BA do not care about how bad their French service is.

Absolutely awful from @British_Airways at the airport in Paris… Threatening me to call the police at the gate b/c I did not want to check in my race helmet under in the hold. I had my helmet bag & a small roller suit case which both fit within the size guides. Staff very rude!

When you excitedly fly @British_Airways First and the food is … bad. Really bad. Come on, no one serious is ok with the dry flavourless terrine you just served me. Bread couldn’t be split it was so hard. Regret every time I fly BA, my fault for trying again.

Oh dear. Main course was worse. A small dry lump of “beef” that was just not something worth eating. This food is worse than I’ve had in economy years ago. The staff don’t seem surprised. Is anyone standing for this in first? Really?
