🚨NO SUNDAY FOR BANKERS: UCO Bank Forces Officers Into Branch for Audit Work
An office order from UCO Bank Bhadohi branch directs officers to report on Sunday for RBIA audit and revenue leakage rectification.
This means bankers must sacrifice their only weekly rest day just to fix compliance gaps created by a broken system.
While top officials attend conferences and speak about reforms, the ground reality is brutal:
➡ Staff shortage
➡ Endless targets
➡ Audit pressure
➡ And now even Sundays are grabbed
Are bankers government employees or bonded labour?
If audit preparation was required, why was proper manpower and planning not done during working days?

आज 03.03.2026 की होली सिर्फ एक त्योहार नहीं है… यह उन हजारों बैंकर्स के चेहरे की मुस्कान है, जो वर्षों बाद बिना तनाव के अपने परिवार के साथ रंग खेल पा रहे हैं।
यदि आज प्रदेश भर के बैंक कर्मचारी और राज्य कर्मचारी अपने बच्चों के साथ गुलाल लगा पा रहे हैं, बुजुर्ग माता-पिता के चरण छू पा रहे हैं, तो इसके पीछे संवेदनशील नेतृत्व और सतत प्रयास हैं।
उन्नाव से विधान परिषद के वरिष्ठ सदस्य माननीय MLC #RajBahadurSinghChandel जी ने हमारी पीड़ा को समझा और उसे मंच तक पहुँचाया।
साथ ही State Bank of India Officers' Association (SBIOA UP) के अध्यक्ष मनोज अग्निहोत्री जी एवं महामंत्री वरुण कुमार खान जी ने पूरे प्रदेश के बैंकर्स की आवाज को मजबूती से रखा।

- Banks Closed This Date That Date
But today ALL BANKS ARE OPEN Normal on Saturday
Why don’t these newspapers ever publish
✔ Banks are open today
✔ Normal banking operations
Instead they spread confusion among customers panic among senior citizens and unnecessary chaos for small traders
This half baked reporting misleads the public and damages trust Customers rush businesses panic and bank staff face the consequences of misinformation
Print facts not fear
Report responsibly not sensationally
Enough of this fake holiday narrative

IF RAISING BANKER’S ISSUES IS A CRIME, I PLEAD GUILTY ✊🚨
7 RMs - 7 Legal Notice
Same date. Same format. Same Advocate
What exactly happened inside #UPGB?
I openly accept every legal notice sent to me. My advocate has already replied to each one of them. We have also sent a formal representation to @Bankofbaroda seeking institutional clarification.
Now the real question:
❓Were these notices sent in personal capacity?
❓Or with the knowledge and permission of Bank of Baroda management?
❓Was this an organised attempt to silence the voice of a banker?
Chairman #YS_Thakur, instead of using RMs as tools to send fashion notices, please focus on doing something good for your own bankers.
If leadership works with integrity, GMs and RMs will follow.
If management stops harassment and exploitation, no banker will need to raise their voice.
We are not here to defame anyone.
We are here to criticise what is wrong and support what is right.
We hope for better governance, not confrontation.
Now, Mr. Chairman, the decision is yours.
Silence a voice or correct the system.

LEGAL NOTICES CANNOT SILENCE BANKERS VOICE❗️ Got 7 Legal Notices for Speaking Up. Is this the reward for raising bankers voice? All because I spoke about what is happening inside Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank under the leadership of Chairman #YS_Thakur. Every single notice mentions my posts on X. So let the BANKERS see clearly what my crime was: - I questioned humiliation of bankers in the name of targets - I opposed unethical insurance pressure - I spoke against abusive and fear based management style - I raised concern about mental harassment of staff - I demanded dignity for bankers And the response? Not dialogue. Not correction. Not transparency But legal intimidation Is this leadership or suppression? If a banker cannot speak about workplace pressure without receiving legal threats what kind of environment are we creating? I ask openly, Are bankers employees or are they expected to be silent machines? Instead of answering the issues seven Regional Managers chose to send notices. Why such coordinated reaction to one voice? I am tagging the authorities who oversee banking governance: @bankofbaroda @DFS_India @RBI @NABARDOnline @FinMinIndia I request, Please clarify whether raising ethical concerns is misconduct - If targets are justified explain them transparently - If insurance practices are ethical audit them openly - If humiliation never happens investigate independently Legal notices do not erase reality Pressure does not create respect Fear does not create performance I am ready to respond legally But I will not apologise for demanding dignity Because dignity is not indiscipline And truth is not defamation Now I ASK EVERY BANKER READING THIS What should I do now❓ Stay silent❓ Delete everything❓ Or continue to raise issues respectfully and legally❓ Your voice matters. #Bankersvoie

Equal service deserves equal pension. Justice delayed cannot be justice denied.
