🚨 What Banking Experts Say About New PLI Scheme 1. Experts say PLI is a good idea, but it should be given to all employees. It should reward those who actually bring business to banks. 2. There are concerns about why PLI is being given only to Scale IV and above officers. Experts believe there may be hidden reasons behind this decision. 3. Some experts feel the government wants to privatize PSU banks but is facing challenges. As a result, there may be efforts to bring in professionals from the private sector for senior positions like Regional Head or Circle Head. 4. According to this view, PLI could be used as a way to offer higher salaries to such private sector candidates. 5. Experts also warn that this approach may gradually lead to internal privatization of public sector banks. 6. They further caution that work pressure on junior staff may increase. There could be more cases of harassment and toxic work culture. Unions may find it difficult to protect employees, as senior officials may push harder to achieve targets for PLI, which could also increase the risk of irregularities/frauds.

🚨 After today’s closing, let’s be honest about the results: ZM/RM → Promotions RO/ZO Staffs → Promotions HO Staffs → Promotions + incentives in lakhs And Field Bankers? Targets achieved. Pressure handled. Year closed. Reward → A dinner with RM/GM/MD 🤣 (That too, paid from the bank’s money) Same story. Every year. Those who carried the system on their shoulders: Get symbolic appreciation. Those far from the ground: Get real rewards. Recognition shouldn’t feel like a joke. At least stop this yearly drama now. #Bankclosing #Bankersvoice

🚨Banks will be closed for 14 days in April. Sounds shocking, right? But here’s the reality 👇 This kind of headline (like the one published by @JagranNews) is highly misleading. They add up: → National holidays → State-specific holidays (Kerala, Delhi, etc.) → Weekends and present it as if banks across the entire country will be shut for 14 days straight. That’s NOT how it works. 👉 A holiday in Kerala doesn’t mean banks in Gujarat or MP are closed. 👉 A regional festival in Tripura isn’t a nationwide shutdown. 👉 Weekends are already known and planned. In reality, for most people, banks function normally except standard weekends + a few local holidays. This is not journalism. This is clickbait. Misleading headlines create unnecessary panic among customers and businesses. People rush to banks thinking services will be unavailable for half the month, which is simply untrue. If this reporting were accurate, banks would be closed almost 6 months a year! It’s time media stops prioritizing sensation over facts. Responsible reporting matters. #Bankersvoice

🚨 PLI Issue in Banks 1.UFBU sent letter to CLC but CLC hasn't replied yet. 2.UFBU has not contacted DFS yet and neither DFS has contacted UFBU. 3.Govt has ordered Banks to credit PLI. 4.UFBU says if PLI is credited flash strike will be announced. But if PLI is credited then will it be useful for UFBU to announce Strike? Bankers are asking why UFBU is not announcing strike.

Indians always COMPLAIN about HIGH TOLL PRICES, but they NEVER VOTE on the issue. In Punjab, Govt has CLOSED 19 toll plazas & It has also issued tenders for the Construction of 44,920 km of Roads with 5-YEAR MAINTENANCE by the SAME Contractors. Demand the same from Gadkari.

@SunilLa58275710 @manish3065365 @idesibanda @ramshankarsingh @ManishkBarnwal9

India is now setting an example in discrimination — right at the heart of its financial system. The public is already paying, and will continue to bear the real cost. Their pockets won’t be emptied directly by incentives — but by the aggressive profit targets set to justify those ‘lollipops’ for executives. 😬 @DFS_India @nsitharaman @RahulGandhi @suchetadalal @CLCMOLE
