مهم ما هنوز نوع و‌ زمان واکنش اسراییل به حمله جمهوری اسلامی‌ را نمی‌دانیم. اما می‌دانیم جمهوری اسلامی نگران به خطرافتادن جان ایرانی‌ها نیست و‌ حتی مثل همیشه، این خطر وجود دارد به شکل عمدی، از مردم به عنوان سپر انسانی استفاده کند. از این نظر بسیاری‌ از مردم به حکومت اعتماد ندارند. برای همین وظیفه کارشناسان مستقل است که دستورالعمل‌ها و راهنمایی‌های ضروری را در اختیار شهروندان قرار دهند. مواردی از قبیل پرهیز از سفر هوایی، دور شدن از اماکن حساس نظامی و مواردی از این قبیل. شهروندان حق دارند برای محافظت از خود و عزیزانشان به اطلاعات درستی که جمهوری اسلامی از آنها دریغ می‌کند، دسترسی داشته باشند.
