I love this. My Dad was from Bermondsey. He insisted I was born in the right hospital to be called a cockney - he made it clear in 1986 he was a Londoner, a cockney and his daughter would be the same despite the immigrantion that was being forced on the city. Wow. Quite a lot of angry people. Firstly, people need to calm down, it's only a friendly discussion/debate, no need to get upset or insult. But the excessive use of moron is quite funny, a very quintessential British insult. Secondly, I don't know why people are mentioning face veils or the burqa, that wasn't the topic of discussion. I was referencing the pictures that were posted and that is it, so mentioning burqas, face veils etc doesn't actually prove my point wrong. Thirdly, those that are saying "oh we have moved on", "it's 2026 now", etc etc, you guys are the same people that are saying you want England to be restored to its former glory, for Britain to go back to being what made Britain great, key word, going "back". So you pick and choose what traditional aspects of British culture you want to reestablish and what you don't, which is fine, but that is also you accepting that there are aspects of traditional British culture that you want back, which shows there is nothing backwards in upholding tradition or a way of life or aspects of culture, in fact, a lot of the values and morals that WE all want to be brought back into Britain are traditional values, such as strong tightknit communities, trust, MODESTY, manners, etiquette etc, these are aspects of society that are disintegrating, and not solely because of immigration, or as you guys believe, Islam, but because things have changed, and not for the better. Lastly, none of you have proven my point wrong. The original post said the dresses above show the 'Islamification' of the fashion industry which is absolute nonsense. Take the scarf of the head, and all it is is a long dress, which many English women still like to dress up in, and the point I pointed out, was that the English women used to dress in long dresses at one point in time too, so how does that show Islamification? Makes no sense. If English women didn't dress like that then I would agree with the point, but Islam hadn't reached UK by those eras, yet women dressed very similarly in a sense of long baggy dresses, and head coverings. Actually, those that say "oh its 2026" prove my point, just because a group of people don't want to change the way they dress and you guys do doesn't automatically make it wrong or backwards, you guys have changed what you deem to be fashionable or modest, whereas for the Muslim community, their perception of modesty is long dresses and scarves, if that is wrong then you are saying the dress sense of English women then was wrong, quite easy to understand when you have common sense, and please don't mention burqas or face veils, that is not the point I am making. Here's a quick explanation of what happened in Whitechapel. We've had to run quickly into the train station, so I haven't been able to give ample time to do anything. However, we were doing videos where someone recommended we go outside of East London Mosque after their prayers to talk to them about Ramadan and what happened with the Christian preacher. They ended up surrounding us. We spoke for about half an hour. We had it all on camera. Then, randomly, they started to intimidate my cameraman. They grabbed my camera and bashed it to the ground while I was holding onto it. They put me on the floor. They kept on grabbing me constantly, doing women stuff like pinching me, pushing me, and slapping me. They took some of my things out of my pockets. I ran away.

I see there's a piece in the Telegraph today attacking Restore Britain for our halal slaughter ban. Usual lines, usual insults. Don't care. I really want to be clear here. For too long, these debates have been suppressed because people are afraid of being called unpleasant names. I am entirely uninterested in all of that. Restore Britain is going to tell the truth. Halal and kosher slaughter is vile. Barbaric. Un-British. Both must be banned. The animal's throat is sliced whilst fully conscious, and it bleeds to death in the most unimaginable pain. I don't particularly care if people get offended. This is Britain, and we do things our way. We treat our animals with care and dignity. Obviously Starmer won't ban halal slaughter, neither will Farage or the Tories. Restore Britain will.
