It’s my favorite when customer service reps speak to you like you’re an idiot because you don’t know their processes and products as well as them. If you don’t enjoy your job as a cs rep at @Highlights, maybe just quit instead of being condescending.

@Highlights @ldbriq Yeah, sadly it’s not printed on our copy either. Last month, it looked like Photoshop layers got out of order as you can see some but not all of the H. But this month, none of it printed 😕
