I guess @Showtime2kX himself admits that @XetaLLC wasn’t truly financial services. Now that he is has decided to attack his FIL’s church he refers to Xeta Capital as cryptocurrency gambling and says investor losses were not his responsibility. Must be hard trying to keep your story straight when the courts, investors, investigators, & church are each being told a different version of events.

Our case was dismissed before evidence could ever be presented but now we are planning our trip to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Criminals will be held accountable. This week was an unexpected hurdle but we are not done yet. Our legal team has been instructed to file a notice of appeal and we are working to bring this case before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. The judge dismissed the case without giving us an opportunity to present our evidence yet that does not mean our victimizers will walk away. We have every intention to demand our fair shot in court and as we work the civil litigation side we will continue to standby for word from law-enforcement & civil regulators. Nothing to hide huh? Justice is coming and there is no way to avoid the consequences of your actions. Shutting down websites won’t stop retribution. @phoenix_fi @XETALLC @Showtime2kX I recommend you put the website back online before we update the legal authorities. This is a bad move.

OP is also directing people to their TG for updates. I suspect the next update in the TG will exploit the newly built audience.

A criminal and a coward. Carl worked alongside many scammers and exploited the crypto community time and time again. When law enforcement began to take steps against him; he took the only path possible to evade punishment for his actions. A coward as well as a crook. Figure I should share this post by Gavin. Not sure what lawsuit they are litigating on behalf of @XETALLC unless they mean getting sued themselvesbut then the whole “negligent thing” wouldn’t make sense as we certainly have not been found negligent. Hopefully @Showtime2kX can elucidate what case Gavin is talking about. If the team needs anything let me know. Since investors were told about bad actors I would be super stoked to help get that info in front of the judge. 🤣

Presumably those are among the questions they are apparently told not to speak about. But the answer is no. Quoting from one of their recent filings: “ Even if the Amended Complaint alleged some wrongdoing on Sgherzi’s or Minty’s part (it doesn’t), it is not an indictment, and this is not a criminal case.”

Not until tonight. Something must have riled Gavin up. It’s a funny claim though. I mean what is it that he cannot tell people? Why would their lawyer tell him to be quiet if there is nothing to hide? It’s silly to believe that legal counsel is saying “don’t say a word to your investors” if everything is kosher.
