@EE whoever I just dealt with on the phone was condescending and rude. Awful customer service. Been with you almost 20 years and never been served like that before. Horrendous. Just sorry I didn’t get her name to shame her…

@GreggsOfficial can I just ask - does your bake/sausage roll deal with a drink include a cold one? Because I was informed today by staff member that it does but then doesn’t reflect on my bill? Confused if I was overcharged…? Thanks

@EDCouncil just wondering what the council is doing to save money and reduce spending instead of charging its residents an extra 13% on council tax? No extra amount of money will make you lot more competent to provide a half decent service…and ps even inflation ain’t that bad

@AldiUK shame your Robroyston store is a steaming heap of poop. Never enough staff or tills and then shouted at for using a trolley through self scan. Also redesigns of the store shouldn’t involve removing stock but there’s certainly less to choose from now
