He passed the law that killed Oklahoma’s consumer-protecting prior-approval system and replaced it with a “use-and-file” giveaway to insurance companies. For 22 years, while Oklahoma families got crushed with the US highest home and car insurance rates, Mazzei stayed silent. Only now — in 2026 — is he suddenly speaking out against those high rates. In a May 3, 2026 interview with The Oklahoman, Mazzei said: “The problem is, Oklahoma employs a ‘use-and-file’ system whereby insurers can raise rates immediately and notify us later. State law effectively prevents our Insurance Department from rejecting rates for being excessive.” The system that Mazzei voted for... Oklahomans have the highest homeowners insurance rates in America — averaging $7,255 per year, nearly three times the national average. This hits low- and middle-class families the hardest. Mazzei protected big insurance companies investor profits. 22 years of corporate favoritism that cost Oklahoma families dearly. Facts matter. Oklahomans deserve to know who actually caused the pain they’ve been paying for.

Winning teams don’t do this gay bullshit. I’ve been on my share of bad teams. And with each lf them I noticed a common denominator. Zero leadership on the coaching staff, or front office. On the field it was always the guys hitting .200 who did anything to get attention, even when we were 40 games out by the All-Star break. I don’t get the direction the @SFGiants are going.
