How do you optimize your (and the team’s) performance in an intra-operative bleeding event? 1. Communicate Turn off the music, turn on the team. Our survey showed it’s not uncommon for the anesthesia team to be unaware bleeding was happening. Don’t assume. Speak up. 1/5
