Hammersmith Bridge was closed in 2019 indefinitely. Five years on the campaign to reopen the bridge goes on ... and now we've published The Bridge, a children's picture book in rhyme, told through the eyes of the school children @HsmithBridgeSOS in aid of @ChiswickRNLI @BCA4Barnes

Thanks for taking the time to listen & engage. Our community needs public transport provision across the bridge as soon as stabilisation work is completed. The @BCA4Barnes rickshaw will be ready but with a new 3T weight limit we should aim for light minibuses. @StephenCowan
