Hi @WestJet I have a flight booked and I want to change that to a completely different destination on different dates. Am I better off to call your contact centre for the changes? Is the price going to be the same if I simply cancel and rebook on the website instead?

@onesoccer @onesoccerhelp I notice when I log in there’s nothing about the annual subscription renewal. Does the annual subscription require manual renewal each year?

@RogersHelps iMessage doesn’t give me any issues, they’re fine. Probably because I’m on wifi at home. It’s only SMS to non-iPhone users where I’m having issues. On occasion I get failed send errors but mostly I don’t know there’s a duplicate that’s sent.

@IDCavanagh It would certainly be odd if the issue only occurred at home. Do you know if the messages you are sending could be blue iMessage or are they green text message? ^ee

@RogersHelps hello. Over the last few weeks most of my outgoing SMS has sent duplicates/triplicates. It’s getting to be annoying for people. I’ve reset my phone and the network settings, and it hasn’t helped. What else can I do? I’m on an iPhone 12. I am the common denominator.

@RogersHelps I did test it that way. It’s starting to look like it may be my house that causes the issue. Any tips for that?

@IDCavanagh Good afternoon Doug. I can appreciate how sending duplicate messages are of concern and will do my best to help. After resetting your phone to factory defaults did you test prior to restoring any backup file in case the issue was brought back with it or in a messaging thread? ^ee
