When a woman leaves a man it’s empowering, when a man leaves a woman he’s an azzhole! I get it, don’t stay when you are unhappy but I will never understand leaving a marriage you been in for this long! When women want to leave, they just go and don’t care who they hurt! You don’t think he could have been exchanged her for a younger better looking model? Men are more loyal to women than women will ever be to men!!!!! 70% of all divorces are initiated by women yet almost 80 percent of marriages are entered into because a woman is pressuring a man to do it. Let that sink in!

This is supposed to be a family event but the couple of families I know who went there left as soon as they saw huge numbers of youths showing up. They said “something felt wrong”.

@ToscaAusten A contributing factor is NYC's Dept of Finance which arbitrarily increases property taxes that landlords have to pay. The landlords WILL transfer that increase to tenants. Add to the mix, the Sanctuary city status and the costs will increase.
