Health authorities, including WHO and IARC, recommend minimizing or avoiding processed meats to reduce long-term cancer risk. Safer protein alternatives include fish, poultry (in moderation), legumes, beans, nuts, eggs, or plant-based options. For those who eat red meat (classified as Group 2A, "probably carcinogenic"), experts advise limiting portions, frequency, and opting for less-processed forms while prioritizing healthier cooking techniques (e.g., boiling, steaming, or baking at lower temperatures). These dietary shifts can meaningfully lower exposure to carcinogens, support cellular health, and contribute to better overall longevity and disease prevention. After playing with @antigravity, I can confirm it works great. The future seems to be VS Code forks running in parallel rather than a single IDE that’s slow to add new AI models and often uses them buggily. @grok waiting for your VS Code fork :)

@IgorJovDev @cybertruck D-ring was used on the hitch side, with lower breaking force than the chain. Tonneau was closed for initial tug (as extra precaution). Tow strap + chain were used to drag onto the trailer. Done this hundreds of times, mostly with my F350 or tractor.
