Protein shisha. 💀
Bro. Protein doesn’t get absorbed through your lungs.
It needs digestive enzymes in your gut to even become usable. You can’t inhale your way to muscle.
But honestly? Marketing genius. Zero science.
This is exactly why fitness literacy matters.
Because people will put “protein” on anything and sell it to you.

Mind you, your favourite influencer is making fitness complicated.
My morning no-pump picture.
Core getting tighter every single day.
The only rule I follow
Every meal has a solid protein source.
Eggs. Paneer. Fish. Chicken.
That’s it.
Training? Even simpler.
Run × Push-ups
Run × Burpees
Run × Pull-ups
No gym😵💫
I’ve done transformations before with strict plans, tracking, the whole thing.
This time just two non-negotiables:
20–30 mins of training. Every day.
No meal without protein. Every meal.
6 months. Zero off days.
That’s the whole plan.
You don’t need to overcomplicate it.
You just need to not skip it.
