I will always root for Epic against Google or Apple because I believe Epic is fundamentally right about those particular issues. But the software just... Isn't good to use. It feels like a second rate experience, and free games feel like a band-aid in place of fixing that.

When is Epic gonna invest in more social features, a way to view your library on web and mobile app, or improving performance on desktop app? Currently Steam handily wins in all these areas, and letting UX flounder can't be good for the platform.

@m_franceschetti Fixing it is good, but I want to know how this happened in the first place. Not accounting for loss of connection is an EXTREMELY basic mistake to make, and the sort of thing that should've been caught in testing before release. That's like smart devices 101: graceful failure

I am calling for Twitch to amend their guidelines for multi streaming. It is hostile towards streamers that actually want to be on your platform and be a part of the community. The phrasing is far too vague and leaves the door open for streamers to be suspended simply for engaging with external platforms more than Twitch. More specifically, the third guideline which prohibits displaying *any* activity from third party platforms needs to be removed. The way that it is written technically makes it permissible to suspend anyone even if they are just using tipping platforms like StreamElements/Streamlabs. That's insane. It is ridiculous to say you allow multi streaming but then ask your creators to pretend like none of the other platforms exist. We should be allowed to combine chats on screen and acknowledge our viewers that support us even if they come from other platforms. I get that Twitch doesn't want viewers leaving for other platforms, but rules like this show that you don't even have confidence in your own platform anymore. Finally, if you say you're going to issue people a warning beforehand, actually do that. I shouldn't have to wake up to find my account suspended out of nowhere. I can appreciate the intent behind the new auto-submit feature in @1Password, but it really shouldn't have been set to default on until there's a solution to it totally breaking on captchas that need clicked after typing the password but before submitting (a lot of them).
