My personal take @Xbox should not put NEW Halo, Gears, Forza or Fable games ANYWHERE except Xbox eco system. Forza Horizon 5 sold 5 mill and it’s an old game. Start serving the old stuff to PS and Nintendo. Xbox gets the new hotness. Bethesda games GO day one everywhere….

@JoshEdits @nyc_prophet My guess is they’re not really stepping away from PC and probably trying to implement their own PC store front where they can receive 100% of the profit. Seems more like something they’d do. I would rather them focus their efforts on doing this than more GAAS.

Today's GamePass news means Xbox is willing to bend its own rules when the economics don't make sense. And that turns "day one first-party" from a guarantee into something more situational.
