It’s sometimes fear, but mostly folks just don’t set aside the time to go just get regular ups. It’s just not cancer. So many preventable diseases go unnoticed

The neighbor hired a company to remove their tree, they even have a 55ft bucket lift, and the workers seem to know what they are doing. Until you see they tied a small rope to the tree, they assure you it will pull the tree the other way and they’ve don’t it many times before. Now you use a tree in the middle of your living room, and the company is claiming it was an act of god, are they still responsible?

@chefmarkintulsa @gotrice2024 @SusieM414141 There never has been any act of God clause in any insurance policy. It’s a weird myth that people just believe in. If the tree had even just fell over by the wind…it’s going to be covered.

No act of god, tree removal company did that. They are bonded? If working without bonding or insurance, that’s more than just a lawsuit. If we wish to claim everything is an act of god, because all creatures great and small, yada yada yada…then we are in a world without accountability.
