Big app update submitted less than 3 hours ago and Google Play already published it. Let's see how long the App Store takes.

@sflorimm Use a bidet. Poor AI is still using dry wads of paper like a neanderthal.

@Jacob_Rhodes_ The wait is so brutal. It seems like they speed it up a bit after the first one though.

@yashhq_22 Not completely... I don't code anything but I read it, make decisions, decide on the system design and all that.

Just submitted a big update for GhostCode. * Hide up to 4,000 characters in any photo * The pic with the message looks identical to the original * It survives compression so send it via any app * It's locked with AES-256-GCM * Only the app and the right key open it

I love when Claude is talking about a plan and saying it's gonna take weeks. Im always like, "Oh I'm not doing this. You're doing it... Today."

What's really been working for me: Don't think about it too much Don't plan it out too much Don't try to make it perfect Just get started. Right now. You'll figure it out as you go.

Taking a day to revamp GhostCode's onboarding, paywall and adding retention. I probably wouldn't do this so early but I have a free day today 🤷‍♂️

10 UGC creators at $50 each = $500. each posts 3 videos. that's 30 videos across TikTok and Instagram. even at a modest 5,000 views per video, that's 150,000 impressions for $500. CPM: $3.33. better than almost any paid channel for app installs.

@seraleev From day one. I don't want to upset people that started using it for free. I do promo code giveaways though to get some initial users.

@seraleev Yeah accounts only really seem necessary if you want to access the app on multiple platforms.

Creating accounts is a legacy of web development. If you closed the browser tab, your progress was gone. Mobile apps are different. Data can be stored directly on the device and users can continue where they left off. Users get to value faster, and you don’t lose a few percent of potential customers to an unnecessary registration screen.
