After getting into a decent gym habit last year I fell off in December and my healthy eating with it, packing on a stone. I have set a goal of getting to 210lbs by the end of June

Losing weight at a much slower pace than I was previously (a lot of that is down to my maintenance calories being A LOT less than this time last year), but we’ve hit 270 lbs now. That’s 215 lbs lost. I don’t think I’ve been that weight since I started sixth form! 💪

Day 1 of the reduced calories wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. @coachnordahl I like the interface of this app by the way. It’s making tracking my food fun.

Just half a pound away from a full stone lost since 23rd march, pretty happy with that

Embarrassed to post this pic but proud of where I’m at now. Take care of yourselves, boys and girls. Daily walks can do wonders 🫡

@wemustbebetterr @_jkpnro I find it hard to run slower, my back seems so seize up more when it do. My natural jogging speed is too fast for my fitness level at the minute though

@_jkpnro Always start slow, it should get easier. Additionally when you want to increase add about 10% to distance at one time so you don’t injure yourself. You’ll start seeing really good improvements in about a month or so, so keep running 🫡🫡🫡

why does it take so long to get better at running!!! i have been for a run 10 times in the past month and I’m just about able to hit 3km to anyone who is into running, how long does it take you stop feeling like you going to die after 5 mins of running? lol

Weight has plateaued a bit the last 2 weeks at the 15 ½ stone mark, just not been as consistent with my eating or exercise. Need to get back at it. 15st target still achievable by the end of the month

Was ridiculously warm for a 7am run but I feel great afterwards, now time to refuel with a big bowl of greek yogurt and berries

@DeanTTraining How long would you say it would take to get down to the 20% mark? I imagine it would take a 25-30 lbs loss to get there

@DeanTTraining I have 100% made this mistake before, followed a recipe that called for 3 tablespoons and I was wondering why the calories & macros were so far off what the recipe said 😂

@DeanTTraining I'm similar to the left picture. From following you I know I've got around 50lbs to lose, aiming to do it 10lbs at a time

42 lbs between these photos, folks TONS of dudes look like Andrew did on the left and many of those dudes often think/say: “I’ve got 15-20 lbs to drop and I’ll be shredded, bro!” NO! Try 40+ lbs!

@DeanTTraining Yup. This was me in 2020. 218lbs start weight down to 176lbs. I wasn’t even “fat”.
