Every now and then some late-teen or twenty-something pops in with, ‘Lol, a 40-year-old guy playing video games for a living.’ Like its an insult?! Yes, I play games for a living in my 40s. I already did the whole ‘youth’ thing, got my qualifications, partied, made dumb decisions, found a wife, built a life… and now I get paid to do what most late teens are secretly praying your parents never walk in on. So tell me, how exactly is my life sad? Because from where I’m sitting, the only person who seems upset is the 19-year-old yelling into Twitch chat instead of touching grass. Real talk, why you mad, bro? Get a life? Completed it mate!

Ordered shelving from the internet (was lazy), kept missing delivery dates, lying to me, not progressing the order. Yesterday I went to the local DIY store, found near the right size, delivered at 1/4 of the price and within 4 hours. Internet shopping isn't always the best.

My wife was at the dealership to get a tire rotation and balance. This was known to be a little over $100 and the oil change is about $100. So naturally we expected a bill of maybe $200-$220 when it was done. Wife texts and says it’s going to be $325. She said because they said I needed an air filter. So I called and asked them to itemize it for me before she drives off. The air filter was $75! I told them not to do it. He said “it’s already in” I said, “take it out, I just found a set of air and cabin filters for $20 as we talked. If I can get it for that, a Mazda dealer is getting it for less and it’s two thumb clips to change.” He said “I can’t do that” I said “you can and you will because if you don’t I’ll never buy there again and I’ll tell everyone and anyone not to. Is that worth the price of a $20 filter” He said, “ok, sir… but to be clear, she agreed to it” I said, “of course she did, but I didn’t set up an appointment for an air filter and I never would.” My point is this— people need to push back. This has all gotten incredibly ridiculous. Folks, I bought a filter set for a Maserati for $22 dollars and that was 2 air filters & a cabin filter, and all of 10 minutes TOTAL to replace. I truly believe that all of this has to do with us no longer teaching kids (or wives) that certain things in life are absolutely easy to do. *END RANT*

Yes, we've seen the pictures of Gears Reloaded. Thx for tagging us. The boxart tells you everything. And nothing. Inconsistent across different regions. No specifics as to what the potential download includes. We will have to wait until we can test the actual disc.

@mikesmith187 Yeah moved to shark after the Dyson got clogged up, poor design. Shark has been great.

My hot take is that Dyson vacuums are not for serious vacuumers. Battery is garbage, filter is garbage. Canister too small. Absolute joke of a cleaning tool.

@JasonDarby @therealcliffyb Yeah I was astonished I even got to pitch what I had to who I pitched to tbh. I’m confident in the concept and what I do have but I didn’t expect to be pulled in so early lol thinking Kickstarter is the way to go from here as was mentioned.

11 years ago I started Boss Key. Sigh. It was amazing at first and then, well, it broke me for a good long while. Still bitter about the internet finding it hilarious that my studio folded.
