DTC Friends - Gorgias, or something else? Context - we currently use Gladly and we love it for the brands we're running. But for a CRM we use Sticky, not Shopify. We're launching a new brand soon on Shopify. My COO has taken some demos and was impressed with Gorgias/Shopify integration. I've heard mixed things (and lots of complaints) about Gorgias. Most jewelry brands lose money not because of bad products — but because they don’t kill bad ads on time. One week, my dashboard showed ROAS 1.19. 
The reason? 3–4 ads were overspending while generating low sales. I gave them another chance because they had already produced 200+ sales. After 3 days of poor results, I turned them off. I moved the winners from testing to scaling, paused the losers, and launched 3 new ad sets with ~30 creatives.
Within 24 hours, sales were back on track. The last 48 hours? Fully positive. Lesson: set a clear timeframe to cut underperforming ads. 
Ad hygiene = controlled loss + scalable growth.
