Rangers are 21-15 since May 29th; that's a 94 win pace with a lot of injuries and underperformances, yet we are only 0.5 from the division. Unless we collapse in the next 3 weeks, I don't see anything drastic happening.

The Rangers need to sell. There is no other option. This is the most mediocre team in baseball with an aging, injury prone MLB roster and garbage farm system that needs to be restocked. There is absolutely zero trade that Ray Davis is going to green light that is gonna make this team a contender. I don’t care if they back into the playoffs, they will get smoked quickly. They have no real chance of winning past that. So why give away what few prospects you do have for another washed ass player(s) that won’t make a bit of difference? Chris Young has done that 2 years in a row for trash. And the Gore trade has been an absolute, unmitigated disaster. There were better options that wouldn’t have cost anything close to what this idiot has done. And I didn’t have a problem trading those assets but there were way more pressing needs, bullpen, right handed bat?!! So miss me with they’re a contender if they can get in. They’re not and they won’t be. Can’t even beat the fucking Angels. And don’t get me started on SkipGPT @SSchumaker55. That clown is fucking worthless. People think I’m too negative but what has this team given me to be positive about for 3 years? Same shit, a few different names. I’ll be more positive and upbeat when I see competent, hell I would settle for entertaining, baseball on a regular basis. Trade anyone not tied down. There is literally no one on that team that is untouchable. Unload as many aging guys and big contracts as you can. Rather watch a bunch of kids with a future than this washed ass old team.
