@DrNeilStone Perception is impactful for many. Perhaps you need something more convincing than a list of degrees which many don’t necessarily associate with truthfulness. Maybe less propaganda and more transparency would be helpful.

I have a degree in psychology, a PhD, a medical degree and 3 specialist postgraduate diplomas I've studied and practiced medicine for 27 years But I guess that doesn't compare to you Googling something whilst on the toilet
Riley Check@holisticgrenade

I’m convinced that the average anti-vaxxer mom who gets all of her information from her phone while sitting on the toilet knows more about vaccines than the average medical doctor. This is because all vaccine education that medical doctors get is actually just sales training.

I know it shouldn't bother me but holding the door for someone who doesn't acknowledge it really pisses me off! Just being honest.

@RealDeanCain As someone who stays in hotels I like this idea but how would they get rooms ready for the next guests by 11am if the previous guests don’t check out until 3pm? Do they simply forego one night’s occupancy every time? This might only work for unpopular hotels < 50% occupancy.

@JoelHodlman @RoaringHammy Not invested at all. Every penny goes to current payments and still don’t cover them 100%, requiring continuous liquidation of previously built reserves from treasury bonds.

@RoaringHammy Me too! A lot of it is probably invested in things I don’t morally align with. It’s not even about out doing the investments.

If Social Security was voluntary, would you still pay it? I pay around $4600 each year into CPP (Canadian equivalent), i rather manage that myself

@RoaringHammy People would not pay because most don’t see beyond the end of their day. The system would collapse, leaving tens of millions of seniors indigent thereby collapsing the economy overall. Then those who didn’t pay would complain when reaching retirement that it’s gone.

@WilmyHood2 Funny how it’s believed that people are so gullible to believe that if prices increase so must tip percentages, when the traditional 15-20% will still rise at the same rate as prices. Greed will eventually move more people to the European model of no tips.

@omgsidewalks Why do you feel compelled to tell them? You don’t think they know and they need to be told? Are you their primary care physician? Is it for your own gratification to feel superior? Something else?

🚨Update: Iran sent the U.S. a new offer 10 minutes after Pakistan talks were canceled: Here is there proposal - 1. U.S. guarantee of non-aggression — A binding commitment from the U.S. (and allies) against future attacks on Iran, confirmed by the UN Security Council! 2. Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz — Iran retains full control, including possibly regulating passage and charging fees on shipping (a major economic and strategic demand). 3. Restrictions on Iranian nuclear activities for 10 years, but also Acceptance of Iran’s right to uranium enrichment — Formal recognition of Iran’s nuclear enrichment activities (for civilian purposes, per Iran), with Iran committing not to build nuclear weapons. 4–5. Lifting of all primary and secondary sanctions — Removal of direct U.S. sanctions on Iran and sanctions on third parties doing business with Iran. 6–7. Termination of UN Security Council and IAEA resolutions against Iran (related to its nuclear program and other issues). 8. Reparations/compensation for war damages to Iran (infrastructure, military, etc.). 9. U.S. military withdrawal from the region (combat forces from bases in the Middle East). 10. Cessation of hostilities on all fronts — End to regional wars, including against Iran’s allies/proxies like Hezbollah in Lebanon, and broader “Axis of Resistance” groups.

The Trump Admin admits that its projections of how many tourists would come to the US after he took office were way off. Now World Cup fans are picking games in Mexico & Canada over the U.S. & it’s not hard to guess why. He is driving people away and hurting our economy.

@DavidShuster Regardless who is President, you’re only proving that the MSM is a propaganda arm by using politics to justify treating one president differently from another. How you can expect anyone to respect what you “report” when you are blatantly so political is bizarre.

With the White House Correspondents Association declaring Donald Trump an “honoree” at tonight’s dinner, I declined an organization’s invitation to attend. The sane washing of Trump and his war on the press is dangerous. And the WHCA is an absolute disgrace. #WHCD

Media people are living in a bubble. They don't think that $270,000 is a high salary. These articles and "hot takes" on how NGO people are such sad cases, as if they weren't overpaid, are wild. 270K for one person is SO MUCH MONEY.

@theficouple Moved once nearly 30 years ago and it was a huge pain in the a$$ but for good reasons. If we moved again it would be a double pain for no purpose and now paid off. I’m not hoarding anything, just happy where I am and still need a place to live.

Baby boomers aren't selling their homes & why would they? They paid $90,000 for a home 25+ years ago, owe $0 & have $550k+ of equity. "Downsizing" means they'd need to buy something for $450k + take on a 6% loan. Many won't move & this will keep inventory low.
