@311Toronto - been trying to get through to discuss the vacant home tax and yet no one answers and I get constantly hung up on - put me on hold and I’ll wait until the next available rep is free! My unit is not vacant - I filled out my form please help!

Totally pissed! Last year I completed the vacant home tax form for my mom before the required deadline. Today she received a notice of assessment for vacant home declaring either it was not done or, the home is vacant. They are asking her to pay more than $1500.00 Anyone else?
