The Biton family lost three children - Yaakov (17), Avigail (15), and Sarah (13) - to an Iranian missile before Purim. Their only surviving child is Rachel, age 4. The Jewish Agency was with them. 🧵

Yesterday, an attack was attempted on the Netherlands headquarters of CVI, Christians for Israel. The organization was targeted due to their unwavering, brave stance against antisemitism and their support for all of the people of Israel. We stand firmly and proudly by their side. Violence and attacks directed at those who choose to speak out, express their views, or stand in solidarity with others are especially grave. Such actions seek not only to harm individuals or organizations, but also to intimidate, silence, and undermine the fundamental values of freedom of expression and democratic society. Just as they have stood by Israel with deep love and unwavering support over the years, today we stand by them. I was in touch earlier with Roger van Oordt and Frank van Oordt, leaders of Christians for Israel (CVI), and conveyed on behalf of the Jewish people and the citizens of Israel that we stand with them, strengthen them, and deeply appreciate their friendship.
